Delegates can submit multiple abstracts, either at once or in multiple visits,. Each abstract should be prepared in advance as a doc or docx file using the template available from the link below, which has the following format:

* Page format: A4 size with 2.5 cm margins
* Page length: total length of abstract not to exceed 300 – 400 words
* Text format: Please use Times New Roman font with the following formatting:
- Title: 16 point bold font
- Authors names: 12 point regular font
- Authors affiliations: 10 point italic font
- Abstract text: 12 point regular font
- References: 10 point regular font
- Please do NOT include any figures or tables

Oral Guidelines:
  • Please register yourself at the earliest for the conference, especially once your abstract for paper presentation is accepted.
  • Please check for the final schedule of Oral Presentations which will be posted on the conference web site, to note when your Oral presentation is scheduled.
  • Concurrent session presentations are scheduled for a total of 12-15 minutes each
  • There will be a question and answer period of 05-10 minutes during each concurrent session
  • Presentations will be in English unless otherwise stated
  • Presenters are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their presentation time
  • Presenters are responsible for all materials associated with their presentations (e.g. Powerpoint Presentations, handouts)
  • Presenters are requested to send a copy of their presentation to the conference secretariat as soon as possible and, at the latest, by a date of 5th May, 2014

Note to Presenters :–
Acceptance of abstract also infers that presenters consent to their PowerPoint presentations being reproduced in pdf. format to be upload to the "Members Only Section" of the IFA website ( unless otherwise advised in writing by the presenter. Written non-acceptance of this condition should be emailed to Mr. Hershal Pandya at no later than 1 June 2014.
