For Registration :1. Participation fee includes :
» Conference participation.
» Delegate kit
2. The registration fee does not include any travel cost, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfer.
3. While your safety is of utmost importance, the committee or the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to property.
4. Only delegates registered in the international registration category will receive an invitation letter for Visa purposes.
Payment Options:
1. Credit Card:
» Payment will be accepted only through VISA

» The payment gateway website require your Web Browser Popup to be enabled.
2. Wire Transfer:
» The wire transfer details are available on the registration gateway.
» Participants must bear the fees their banks charge for the remittances out of their accounts.
» If a transfer is made, please intimate the secretariat through a mail, attaching the documents used for the transfer.
3. Cheque / Demand Draft:
» Only applicable to Indian delegates.
» Please courier / Post the same to the below menstioned address.
4. Cancellation Policy:
